Three days of access! Saturday weddings have access Friday afternoon for decorating, Saturday until midnight and again Sunday morning until noon for any clean-up and gathering of decorations, allowing time to enjoy your reception.
The barn seats up to 150 people, this includes your wedding party and vendors.
Exclusive access to the grounds surrounding the barn and all floors of the barn for your rehearsal, ceremony, reception and photos.
Designated area on the main floor for a bartender with a bar which includes, a large open icebox, fridge, mini fridge and a chalkboard sign.
You are able to hire a caterer of your choosing, there is an area for set up and includes tables and a chalkboard menu sign.
The lower level which is perfect for an intimate indoor ceremony, games/lounge area, cocktail hour, photos etc.
Covered patio connecting the lower level to the outside ceremony area.
Outdoor ceremony includes a rustic arbor, overlooking the north mountain and horse pasture.

Staff member to assist you with set up, tear down and will be onsite during your event to greet vendors, last minute decorations and to make sure things run smoothly.
We'll take care of the general cleanup of the barn. Everything including buildings, lawn and parking areas should be left in the same condition as they were found.
