Each wedding is unique we will work with you to make your day extra special. Prices may vary depending on individual needs. Rental of the barn includes the following at this time:
Three days of access! Saturday weddings have access a day prior for decorating, all day Saturday from then again Sunday morning for any clean-up and gathering of decorations, allowing time to enjoy your reception. The barn seats up to 150 people, this includes your wedding party and vendors.
Three floors! Exclusive access to the grounds surrounding the barn and three floors of the barn for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
Designated area on the main floor for a bartender with a unique bar, a large open icebox, fridge, mini fridge and a chalkboard sign.
You are able to hire a caterer of your choosing, there is an area for set up, and includes tables and a chalkboard menu sign.
The lower level which is perfect for an indoor ceremony, games/lounge area, cocktail hour etc.
Covered patio connecting the lower level to the outside ceremony area. This backs the pasture so you are able to see the horses up close.
Outdoor ceremony area with a rustic arbor, overlooking the north mountain and horse pasture.
A truly private venue providing a unique country experience for your event.
There are many photo ops around the property.
Ample parking in the field, with parking signs.
Mismatched wooden chairs for 50 people and 100 white folding chairs.
Rectangle tables, antique side tables, a desk and sofa as well as wooden boxes.
Lots of decorations for you to choose from.
We can help you with set up on the morning or day before your event.
We'll take care of the general cleanup and garbage the next day.
You have the ability to hire your own vendors so you can select vendors to suit your needs and budget.
Early drop off and storage for rented items can be provided. Please be advised that while we will safeguard the items as best as possible, we take no responsibility for any lost, stolen or broken equipment.
You will be responsible for the following:
Hiring vendors, caterer and any extra helpers or bartender if needed, wedding officiant, DJ, photographers etc.
Applying for a special occasion liquor license.
Decorations must be removed by noon the day after your event, unless discussed prior.
Everything including buildings, lawn and parking areas should be left in the same condition as they were found.
Providing any information beforehand that will make sure everything runs smoothly. (Guest numbers, layouts etc)
* For all trades who will service your wedding on the farm (caterers, photographers, ministers, etc.) we are happy to arrange a tour for them in advance to help make your day perfect.
