Amenities

To ensure your day is perfect, we hold one wedding per week. This allows you flexibility to reschedule your event should extreme weather arise.
Venue
  • 60' x 45' timber-framed heritage barn with over 5,000 sq.ft. under cover
  • Multiple levels for flexible setups and alternate spaces (extremely useful for inclement weather)
  • Grand staircase with antique sconces
  • Cathedral ceiling, lined with mini lights for your reception
  • Attached covered patio overlooking the pasture and North Mountain
  • Full size washrooms
  • Antiques and rustic character throughout the spaces
  • Accommodates up to 150 people
  • Venue day-of coordinator to assist with set up, tear down and will be onsite during your event to assure your wedding runs smoothly

​Ceremony
  • Two ceremony options to choose from!
  • Outdoor ceremony area, overlooks the pasture and includes a rustic arbor and white chairs
  • Indoor ceremony area features brick, stone and wooden walls, with mini lights and drapery strung from the ceiling. Also includes chairs and a unique chandelier draped with greenery

Access
  • Three days of access! Saturday weddings have access Friday for decorating and rehearsal, Saturday until ​midnight and again Sunday for clean-up
  • Exclusive access to the barn and surrounding grounds for your rehearsal, ceremony and photos

Photo Ops
  • Natural stone, brick and barnboard backdrops
  • Open pasture with animals and wildflowers (if in season)
  • Trees, forests and a charming dirt road
  • Old train bridge, riverside park with weeping willows nearby
  • Bay views just minutes away
  • White horse-drawn carriage available for photos (weather dependent)

​Décor 
  • Antiques and unique details throughout the barn (barrels, sofas, rocking chairs a desk and even a hand carved horse)
  • Tables with mismatched reception chairs
  • Mini and/or Edison lights throughout
  • Amble outdoor lighting 
  • A unique chandelier, made from reclaimed tie-stall chains and a steel band from a wagon wheel
  • Exclusive access to our onsite rentals

​Food, Drink & Vendors
  • Ability to hire vendors of your choosing
  • Unique bar with onsite bartenders available (additional cost)
  • Exclusive access to our vendor portal

Guest Amenities
  • Ample parking onsite, with signage​
  • Ability to leave vehicles overnight if staying close by
  • Designated smoking area with seating and ashtrays
  • Accommodations and unique shops close by

Rates

We host a limited amount of weddings from June to the end of October, which allows us time to make your day extra special and stress free. 
The rental of the barn starts at $5000 (plus tax) and includes the above.
