A Windgate Wedding Includes

  • A 60'X45' timber framed barn with over 5000 sq. ft. under cover. This allows different setup options and alternate spaces for your wedding and picture options. (This is extremely useful in inclement weather).
  • Covered patio area overlooking the pasture. 
  • Exclusive access to the barn and grounds surrounding the barn for your rehearsal, ceremony and photos.
  • Ample parking in the field, with signage.
  • Three days of access! Saturday weddings have access Friday afternoon for decorating and rehearsal, Saturday until ​midnight and again Sunday morning until noon to clean-up and gather your decorations.
  • The barn can accommodate up to 150 people.
  • Outdoor ceremony includes a rustic arbor and white chairs overlooking the north mountain and pasture.
  • There are many photo ops in the barn and around the property, and so many options close by as well.
  • Ability to hire a caterer and vendors of your choosing.
  • Unique bar with onsite bartenders.
  • Mismatched chairs for reception, with tables and antiques throughout the barn.
  • Exclusive access to our onsite rentals and preferred vendors.
  • The barn is decorated with mini and or Edison lights on every floor and a unique chandelier downstairs.
  • Ample lighting outside.
  • Gorgeous white horse drawn carriage for photos. (Bridal entrance may be available for an extra cost).
  • Outside firepit and two smoking areas with ashtrays and seating.
  • Two full size washrooms.
  • Day of coordinator to assist you with set up, tear down and will be onsite during your event to assure your wedding runs smoothly.
The ceremony area is located on the west side of the barn, offering beautiful views of the pasture and North Mountain. It features a large rustic arbor, white folding chairs, and unique signing table options.
On the main floor, you’ll find a bar and lounge area to the left of the entrance, with space for your caterer to set up on the right. You are welcome to hire your preferred caterer, and with a special occasion liquor license, you have the option to sell alcohol, with the proceeds going back to you.
The grand staircase leads to the top floor, an ideal space for your reception and dance. The lower level offers additional space for an indoor ceremony (perfect for rainy days), cocktail hour, and serves as a beautiful backdrop for photos. A large sliding barn door provides access to the covered back patio, washrooms, and the outdoor ceremony area.

Rates

We host a limited amount of weddings from June to the end of October, which allows us time to make your day extra special and stress free. The rental of the barn starts at $5000 (plus tax), and includes the above.
