How to get here:

We are located at 131 Old Granville Road, Upper Granville, Nova Scotia Canada B0S 1A0. (Please use the map and directions below as some GPS may take you to Annapolis Royal).
​Please respect our privacy, showings are by appointment only. All appointments must be confirmed in advance, if you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible, there is a lot of prep work that goes into a showing. Showings are dependent during the weather.
  • Take exit 20 Bridgetown/Upper Granville. 
  • Turn right onto Evangeline trail, go through Bridgetown, towards Annapolis Royal (43km-7 min)
  • Turn right on Chute Road, first road on the left in front of the house. There is a red sign out front.
~ For Showings:  Take Old Granville Road, and pull right up to the front of the barn Please no parking on the grass.
~ For Weddings & Other Events:  Parking is located at the end of Old Granville Rd,       ollow the signs. 

​No pets without prior notice.

Please keep the front of the barn open for unloading and emergency purposes & the side of the barn for pictures. (See below)  No parking or driving on the grass unless otherwise marked
