Privacy Notice and Appointment Policy
To respect the privacy of our property, all showings are by appointment only. Please ensure that your appointment is confirmed in advance. If you need to cancel, kindly notify us as soon as possible, as there is preparation involved in each showing. Additionally, showings may be dependent on weather conditions.

How to get here:
  • Take exit 20 Bridgetown/Upper Granville. 
  • Turn right onto Evangeline trail, go through Bridgetown, towards Annapolis Royal (43km-7 min)
  • Turn right on Chute Road, first road on the left in front of the house. There is a red sign out front.
  • ​No pets without prior notice.
  • ​For Showings: Take Old Granville Road, and pull right up to the front of the barn. Please no parking on the lawn.
  • For Setup: Please park in the driveway or in the front field, not on the lawn.
  • For Weddings & Other Events: Parking is located at the end of Old Granville Road, the signs will direct you to the field out front. 
  • Please keep the front of the barn open for unloading and emergency purposes & the side of the barn for pictures.
